The members of the Smyrna First United Methodist Church believe that there are numerous needs of our current church and our growing community that a new building and the renovation of the current building could meet.  The needs of our present church, the church we see as SFUMC in the future, and our growing community are all very important and we currently have the opportunity to dream with the potential of bringing our dream to fruition.  We are planning to build a new Family Life Center while also making much-needed renovations to our current Education wing.  We want to do all of these to make our entire church a useful and uniform facility.
