In November, 2009, we adopted JCS and looked for ways to be a blessing to the children and their families, the staff, and the teachers. We “loved on the children” by providing refreshments, school supplies, books for the Library through donations and collecting Box Tops for Education, coats for children who had none during the Christmas break that was very cold last winter, clothes through the SFUMC Clothes Closet at nearby Wherry Housing, and benevolence outreach through Bro.
